Vegas Club Dress Code
All Las Vegas Pool Parties, Las Vegas nightclubs, and Vegas strip clubs have a mandatory dress code, no matter who you are and even if you are on the guest list or have a bottle service reservation.
When I lived in Chicago and would plan a trip to Vegas for a weekend, I would go all out and buy new clothes. I looked at Vegas as a unique opportunity to renew my wardrobe. Nowadays, I feel the millennial generation doesn't dress up as much; however, I would encourage you to up your game when you come to Las Vegas. We like to say dress to impress!
The dress code requirement is more lax for the ladies, and I will break it down for you. In my Ultimate Guide to Dress Code for Las Vegas Clubs, I will provide you with everything you need to know for the clubs, pools, and getting through Las Vegas Security. Before I continue, I want to clarify that we are not club security; therefore, we do not have the final call on what is or is not allowed. We provide guidelines to follow, but it is ultimately the club's security's call as to whether you get in.
We have seen several times where people have been wearing the same outfit, and one gets treated differently by security. So, please do not hold us accountable if their decision does not go how you want it to.

What Can Men Wear to the Nightclubs?
Business casual or formal attire is your best bet. Many of our customers like to wear sports coats with either a V-neck or a dress shirt underneath. A fashionable collared shirt, a button-up shirt, and a pair of stylish jeans will also do the trick. Typically, you can find nice gear at Express, Zara, and Nordstrom. FYI, we have several conventions in town, so wearing upscale dress pants to a nightclub is a different look than wearing a pair of dress pants to a conference. For shoes, we highly recommend leather dress shoes. While most clubs are fairly lenient with style, regular gym shoes will not be allowed.
The following are not allowed in Vegas Nightclubs:
See the dayclub attire below for the night pool parties at Encore at Night, and XS nightswim during the summer months.
The Story of the T-Shirt
As noted above, I said "crappy" T-shirts are not allowed, but technically T-shirts are not allowed at all. However, the younger generation has brought out a new trend we call "stylish" T-shirts. If a T-shirt has a cool print or looks like a 'stylish' brand name, it will likely pass the dress code. On the other hand, a T-shirt you picked up at a convention booth for free with some random logo will not cut it! Remember, you are going out to impress!
The Skinny on Sneakers in a Nightclub
We have all heard about or seen a pair of Yeezys. These are popular shoes to wear out and comfortable as well. Usually, the clubs will allow these, but it is at the club's discretion when you arrive at the door, so there is always that chance you will be turned away. If they are upscale and stylish enough, you can likely get away with wearing other possible sneakers, like Adidas or Vans. If you want to wear something questionable, hit up your Surreal Host, text a picture, and we will send it to the club to see if security will approve. Air Jordan Tip: You can wear your Air Jordan sneakers at Drai's and Drai's Beach.
Hats at Las Vegas Nightclubs
Certain hats are in, and they are fresh. Check out the picture - that's a stylish hat, so of course, security will let him in. Not only will they let in A-listers with whatever they're wearing, but they are also biased toward people who purchase tables.
What Do Women Wear to the Nightclubs?
Can women wear jeans to a nightclub? That's a question we get asked all the time. The answer is yes; you can wear jeans if they are not baggy, ripped, or worn out. Think stylish, upscale casual, and when in doubt, remember our mantra, "Dress to Impress!" Pro-tip: no athletic gear, and Ladies, please keep your shoes on – it's not safe, and it's not a good look walking around barefoot inside the clubs. Plus, that's one surefire way to get kicked out! Consider another pair of shoes if you can't make it in heels all night.

What Do Men Wear to Las Vegas Pools?
To keep things simple, you must wear swim attire. I am not sure why some people find this so difficult to understand! It's simple, SWIM TRUNKS, a T-SHIRT or TANK-TOP, and as far as footwear, flip-flops, gym shoes, or sandals.
The following are not allowed at the pool parties Cargo shorts, Pants, Khaki Pants or Shorts, Athletic gear of any kind, shorts, jerseys, etc.
Sunglasses and hats are permitted, and SPF sunscreen is necessary. I've seen so many people over the years ruin their trip due to a severe sunburn. Check out the SPF Sunscreen Guide. If you look like you haven't seen the sun in years, we offer a mobile spray tan service. Our team will come to your room and get you looking pool ready for a reasonable price.
What do Women Wear to the Las Vegas Pools?
Ladies are encouraged to wear bikinis, but a one-piece swimsuit is also an excellent choice. Please remember coverups are mandatory when walking to and from the venue. The best foot attire is trendy flat sandals, wedge sandals, flip-flops, and pool shoes. While some pools allow heels, it is not advisable for safety reasons.
Note: Vegas pool parties do not allow bags unless you have a bungalow or a cabana. They will make you check it at the front. Also, if you show up wearing an athletic jersey, you must remove it and check it. There are no exceptions, so please, save yourself the trouble; no jerseys and no bags!
