The Complete Guide
True to its name, there is never a dull moment at the LIGHT Nightclub, and even the regulars will attest to that. In the heart of the Las Vegas strip at the Mandalay Bay Hotel, LIGHT offers three full-service bars, full-service catering, a state-of-the-art lighting and sound system, and they regularly hosts celebrities. It only takes one visit to see the Light – and you'll be back.
The best way I can describe Light, is that big Vegas nightclub feeling for a very reasonable price. Back when Light first opened up, it was mostly EDM Club, but over the years, as the club has aged, they transitioned to more of a hip-hop vibe. All the tables on the main floor are excellent, and as a company, we continue to book a large number of tables there week. From the largest LED screens on the strip to the stadium-style seating, our customers always give rave reviews of their experience at Light.
In this Ultimate VIP guide to Light Las Vegas bottle service, I go over every detail you need to know if you're looking to purchase a table. If you'd like to get a hold of me, my cell is 773-459-8133; my email is brian@surrealnightlife.com, or you can click the button and fill out a form, and I'll be happy to get back to you as soon as possible.
Also, if you have a question after reading through this guide, feel free to hit up the Surreal Forum, as I am an active daily user there and will be happy to answer any questions.
From my experience, if you have a question likely other people will have the same question, I do appreciate your support in the forum.
About Brian Pfeiffer and Surreal Night Life
Just a few things about me, so you know I'm credible. I started in the business in 2000 as a front door host. The owner asked me to throw a party on a Friday night at our club.
The first party went so well that it turned into a monthly event, then once a week, and eventually nearly every day for the past 20 years. I guess you could say it's in my blood; I know how to throw a great party! With my years of experience, along with my hundreds of connections, I can make your Vegas trip amazing.
While I still have part ownership in a club in Chicago and own a large Halloween and New Year's Event Company in Chicago, my home base is in Las Vegas and has been since February 2013. The Hakkasan Group moved me here to be the promotions manager for Hakkasan and Wet Republic.
Nearly one year into my Vegas Adventure, I realized I had enough customers to start my own independent hosting company. Now I am licensed by the Nevada Gaming Commission.
Understand we are working for you and not for the clubs.

Independent hosting is serious business in Las Vegas. You can't just be any person off the street and hope to work with these nightclubs; you have to get a gaming license, pass an FBI background check and have a legit company (State LLC) to do business with night clubs.
Words of advice, before you book any bottle service, please make sure you are working with a reputable company like mine.
The best and fastest way to get a quote is to fill out the form. We will ask you for the number of people in your party, guys and ladies, as well as the dates you will be in Las Vegas. I have several packages if you'd like to bundle some limos, dinners, or shows along with your Bottle Service.
Understand we are working for you and not for the clubs.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Location & Hours of Operation
Light Nightclub is open Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday Nights.
The club is near the main parking garage of Delano. The physical address is 3950 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89119.
Inside it is near LUPO by Wolfgang puck restaurant.
Typically, there is a long line that stretches into the Casino.
It is tough to miss the bright "Light" sign that hangs across the front of the club.

The hours of operation are from 10:30 p.m. Until 5 a.m.
They do occasionally have some special events like a super bowl or fight viewing party.
On a rare occasion, they might open up an extra day on a holiday weekend.
They have 150 moving lights, 50 stationary lights, 700 video panels, 38,000 square feet of space, three full-service bars, and 68 total tables for bottle service.
Dress Code and Proper Attire

As with any nightclub in Las Vegas, there is a dress code. Business Casual or formal attire is preferred and recommended as you are going out to impress. No shorts, Sandals, Hats, Timberlands, Boots, Baggy Pants, Jean Shorts, Sweat Pants are allowed either. Due to the hip-hop nature of the theme, they tend to be a little more relaxed on the attire. For the most part, they allow Jordans and stylish gym shoes. For the ladies, anything goes but athletic gear. And please keep your shoes on; if you can't handle your heels all night, then consider another pair of shoes. Walking around in bare feet in Las Vegas is just asking for an issue.

Drink Cost
Drinks vary in price at the bar; Light falls slightly below the industry standard of having most mixed drinks anywhere from $12 - $20 per drink, and Beers from $10 - $12 each. Individual bottles start at $495 and up for a 1 liter. (See the Menu Below) Premium 1L Bottles start at $575 for a 1L bottle of Grey Goose Vodka. While Other Premium One Liter Bottles like Hennesey and Patron are $625 each.
Restaurants in the Area
The Nightclub is in Restaurant Row inside the Mandalay Bay. So if you're looking for a great meal before a big night out, then you don't have to walk far. A couple of my favorites are Strip Steak, Kumi, and Lupo by Wolfgang Puck. That's just a few of the 25 + restaurants you'll find inside the Mandalay Bay. Here's a link if you'd like to see the selection https://mandalaybay.mgmresorts.com/en/restaurants.html
The Vibe and Artists
Light is a long-running nightclub on the Las Vegas strip. It was initially paired with Cirque Du Solei and had many different artists floating around the sky on strings, and behind the main LED Screen. While that time has come and gone, on some weekend nights, they do have dancers that entertain the crowd behind the main LED Screens above the DJ Booth. Light has shifted its brand to now becoming more of a Hip-Hop / Open Format club. Major Hip hop acts like E40, E-Rock, DJ Nice, Fashen, Direct, Karma, Ikon, Metro Boomin, Saweetie, T-Pain, Fat Joe, and Rick Ross often headline the venue now on major weekends. Most nights, however, they do have a resident DJ performing and comparatively speaking to the rest of the Nightclubs on the strip, Light is considered the "Deal" club.

Guest List
The guest list at light lines up to the right if you're looking at the front door. One of our good buddies is the main promotion manager and top promoter. The rules change each night, depending on who the artist is. A good rule of thumb is you have to arrive before 1 a.m. But generally, you'll find ladies are free, and guys with even ratio are typically free. Since there's no way to tell what it is on every weekend, just shoot us a text, and I'll connect you with our buddy for the guest list, 773-459-8133.
Ladies, if you have a group six or more pretty ladies, then we might have an opportunity to get you a comp table.
A couple of issues with the comp table,
1. You have to be there before a specific time
2. The table isn't yours for the entire night.
If we set you up with a comp table, please make sure to tip your waitress, usually, $100 per bottle is fair. So if you want to table for the entire night, consider paying for bottle service. Light only has a few big acts on holiday weekends that would require tickets. If you're coming out here on Memorial Day or Labor Day weekend or a big fight weekend and they have Rick Ross or another significant hip hop artist, then you might want to consider tickets to get in quicker. We have such great deals on bottle service; we recommend putting your money toward alcohol, instead of a cover charge.
Put me on the Guestlist for FREE »How do I get guests in if they arrive late?
Usually, this is a pretty straightforward process. Your guest(s) can walk up to the ropes and mention the name the table is under and the table number, and they get right in.Some exceptions could be if the club is at capacity and they just can't physically let anybody else in via the Fire Marshal's rules and regulations, or if you are way over your limit on the number of people at your table. If you have some uninvited guests at your table for some reason, the proper way to handle that is just get security to have them removed. I strongly suggest that you do not try to remove unwanted guests yourself as an altercation could occur, and potentially everyone at the table will get kicked out. With over 20 years of experience in this business, please trust us that is the best way to handle things.
What is Bottle Service?
By definition, bottle service means purchasing alcohol by the bottle instead of buying a drink. American clubs, especially in Las Vegas, are synonymous with "Poppin Bottles." You will be paying a premium for a bottle to reserve a section in the club, but it includes a personal server, VIP entry into the Nightclub, and usually an assortment of standard mixers. Because Light is a seven-year-old club, their pricing is a bit more reasonable than some of the newer clubs. The cost of a bottle at Light is a bit less then other high-end clubs; however, we have some popular packages which I'll talk more about below. On any given night, Prime Tables at Light are on sale for a fraction of the cost compared to other clubs around town.
What's a Minimum Spend?
The minimum spend is the amount you agree to spend in advance on alcohol to get a table or real estate in the Nightclub. In Vegas, we call the minimum spend "the min." The better tables will have a higher minimum spend, and on bigger DJ nights, you can expect a higher "min."
Locations and Table Options
As I mention in the opening paragraph, there's not a bad table in the Nightclub. One of the best things about the tables is there's plenty of room to move around the tables. They're all pretty good for large groups, and all the main floor tables have security at the center of the club and the ends so unwanted guests are not allowed into the table area. All tables include a standard assortment of mixers. Those include cranberry, soda, tonic, orange juice, pineapple juice, and soft drinks. The table also has garnishes like lemons and limes, and if you order champagne, the staff will supply strawberries. The bussers are typically fantastic; they always have your ice bucket and mixers on point. A question we sometimes get asked is if you can order individual drinks at a table, and the answer is yes. However, the waitresses would prefer if you stick to bottles or order beers and drinks in quantity. Red Bulls and bottles of water will be extra.
Owner's Table

Typical Minimum Spend is $2500+ The Owner's Table is the big first-tier table looking at DJ's first tear on the right. Usually, you can find a big spender on this table, or they use it for the promoter table and load it with pretty ladies. If you're interested in booking the owner's table, let us know.
Dance Floor Tables

Typical Minimum Spend is $2000 The club has some fantastic dance floor tables. Tables 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, and 66 are huge and can fit parties of 20 to 25 people comfortably. Tables 65 through 67 are also roomy but not the full "U" like the other ones. There's something to be said for sitting at the prime tables in a stadium-style club where everybody can see you, so if you want to book a dance floor table, let us know, and we'll make it happen.
Tier 1 Tables

Typical Minimum Spend is $1000 As we mentioned above, there are no bad tables in the club. The first tier tables are roomy and comfortable, and the ones on the corners like 14 and 15 have more seat space for larger parties. There is a spacious area between the table and the ledge. So there's plenty of room to dance and hang out in front of your table. Dancing space is a rare commodity in Vegas these days. The only tables that have a little bit of an obstructed view are 43 and 44, We included a picture to see what you're looking at; there's a large beam that kind of blocks the DJ view. Other than that, the first tier tables are all prime tables let us know if you'd like to book one.
Tier 2 Tables

Typical Minimum Spend is $600 This level has similar seating to tier one, with your corner tables like 25 and 26 having more room for larger parties. Tables 12 through 25, have a relatively large area in front of them to dance. The back ledge tables on the right and left, tables 1 through 6, and 26 through 30 have plenty of room to dance as well. he tables 7 through 11 and 31 through 35 are perfect for groups of 6, Those tables are just the table with a bench on the right and left; you can see them in the picture below. Tables 29 and 30 can be combined for a large group to give you one monster table. Again there are any undesirable second-tier tables in the club, let us know if you'd like to book one.
Honorable Mention Mezzanine Tables

Typical Minimum Spend is $500 The mezzanine tables are way up in the sky, but they are big and roomy and offer a pretty good view from way above. Back in the day, "the Mezz" tables were used more often when Light was busier, but these days they rarely get sat. The Mezzanine is perfect for a corporate event in the 50-100 people range more on that below.
How Do I Calculate My Bill?
Let's do the math:
$1500 (min) + $125.63 (8.375% City Tax) + $105 (7% Venue Fee) + $300 (20% to the server) = $2030.63.
Total Bill Calculator for Light Nightclub Bottle Service
This does not include any "shake" to the podium for location, express entry, specific table, etc. FYI, a "shake" can also help with a lower minimum spend. When someone refers to the "shake," that means they tip on top of your table minimum and the tip, tax, and venue fee that you will be paying. (The "shake" or handshake to the podium goes into the host's tip pool). In many instances, there is an opportunity to get lower-than-posted-pricing with what's called a "handshake" in Las Vegas; basically, it is a gratuity to the podium for a lower minimum and a potential upgraded location. Sometimes a podium tip is required for a particular table or even to get a location on certain nights. Now there are some higher tiers when Rick Ross or Lil Baby is in town, or it's a holiday or fight weekend, and there might be some nights where there are even lower tiers than what's listed above. Just hit us up and I'll let you know prices on your weekend. Please note: The minimum spend is the agreement that you made when you signed the contract at the table; they will make you sign at the table. This states you agreed to spend that amount that night to get the table you receive.

Below is the Surreal Nightlife table map showing all the table numbers, although we can't guarantee specific tables until the night of, we can always get what you want.

As you can see, most of the bottles start at $495 and go up from there.

The Best Tables
We've mentioned it before; there are not any undesirable tables. Of course, the dance floor tables on the best, you are the center of attention, and there's plenty of room to enjoy your night. We've had fantastic nights on tier 1 and tier 2 tables, so whatever you end up with, expect a great experience.
Bottle Service Presentations
Light is known for its over the top bottle service presentations. I've seen race cars, and I've seen boats, both with beautiful ladies, a complete light show, and plenty of confetti. So if you're a bigger Spender and would like to get a presentation, just let us know. Even a reasonably low spend like $1,000 might be enough for a presentation. Usually, some kind of champagne order will be required, or just a minimum amount ordered at once. We also can get your name up on the big screen. Just ask, and we will make it happen.
Corporate Events
We book quite a few corporate events, especially when conventions are in town. The main room is large, but for smaller groups, we can break the club up into sections. The mezzanine section could be perfect for a group of say fifty to a hundred. We could also section off the main room. Play management operates the club, so they'll likely be a little bit easier to deal with as far as negotiating a reasonable price. We have a lot of experience in these negotiations, so just let us know the date and how many people roughly, and we'll make it happen.
Couples
If it's just you and your lady or vice versa, Light might be an excellent option for a comfortable table. We have a complete selection of packages for couples that include reasonably priced bottle service. We may even have an opportunity for you to combine with another group. Just let us know the dates will be in Vegas, and we’ll see what I can do
New Year's Eve at Light
New Year's Eve 2021 will surely be an event after 2020 we've had. It's a bit far out to know who the artist will be, but last year the tables were quite reasonable compared to the other clubs in town. We recommend you hit us up around October or November, and we’ll be able to get you a fantastic deal on a great table.
Bachelor Parties
Our Number one destination for bachelor parties is Light. Great tables, reasonable prices, and a lot of package options make this our go-to club in Las Vegas. We also work with the promotion staff to help get ladies to your table, if you need help with that. The club does have a girl-guy system to turn to on occasion. Click Here to learn more about girl guys
Bachelorette Parties
Light is one of our favorite clubs for bachelorette parties. The reason being the tables are large and reasonably priced for larger groups. Not to mention hip hop is popular these days, and a lot of girls prefer that over the EDM clubs. We have a ton of Bachelorette packages that include bottle service and VIP entry. We'll be happy to send you over a quote.
Viewing Parties
With lights incredible projection screens, they sometimes have you in parties for events like the Super Bowl and Large Fights. We have attended a fight party there; it was pretty awesome being able to see it on a screen that size. So if there's a special event coming up on the weekend you're going to be here the let me know. We'll be happy to arrange a table for you.
Aerialist Performers
Earlier, we mentioned that Cirque du Soleil was formerly a partner when they opened. They have since left the relationship, but the venue is outfitted with the Cirque Equipment. So on bigger nights, the operations team goes all out and has Ariel shows from performers. Back in the day in the characters they had for their shows were terrific, but unfortunately, those days the past.
Meet and Greet the Big Name Artists
With big artist nights like Rick Ross, if you spend a certain amount of money, we can arrange a meet and greet. This number typically changes depending on the artist and the magnitude of the night. But if it's something that interests you we can set it up
The Final Word
Light is an excellent value in Vegas for a large "Vegas Style" club, without the hefty price tag. The majority of the customers we work with can't swing the high-dollar tables at the big clubs. Light is a diamond in the rough for us, and we would love to book your special weekend there.
How to Book

I have several packages if you'd like to bundle some limos, dinners, or shows along with your bottle service. I am a specialist in Las Vegas, and I work all the day clubs and pools, nightclubs, gentlemen's clubs, and all the shows. We have a lot of buying power, so we're able to pass on the savings to you.
